Housekeeping: Upon returning to my room after working 12 hours on a job, I was happy to find that my room had been cleaned. There was a spilled drink in the elevator that wasn't cleaned up for over 12 hours. The hotel cleanliness was also in question. I was also told that I wasn't guaranteed the rooms I paid for and all I was guaranteed was a room. I was told that there wasn't a manager on-duty. He called me, I met him at the front desk and asked to speak to the manager. When he arrived and attempted to check in, they put in him the other older, outdated building, with a crappy remodeled room, that he said looked like a motel 6. I emailed him the booking/itinerary, which clearly states what I paid for. I put one room in my name and the other in my employee's name, who was still on a plane. Online, I booked (2) King Suites for (2) days. The front desk employees were rude and unaccommodating. Upon check-in, I quickly realized I had made a mistake.
I stayed in the new all-suites tower days after it opened & had a stellar experience. I was looking online for decent accommodations and booked the Hard Rock, due to my experience at the location in Vegas. My Employee and I flew in the Tulsa area from the West Coast on business.
